Booking & Engagement Terms
1. Scope & Deliverables
Every commissioned production is governed by a written scope note confirming the runtime, aspect ratios (such as 16:9 widescreen and 9:16 vertical cuts), delivery timeline, and revision rounds before production begins.
2. Intellectual Property & License Upon Payment
Upon full settlement of the agreed production fee, the client receives a perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use the delivered final video cuts across their website, outbound sales, social channels, and presentations. Pre-existing studio tools, rigs, and uncommissioned spec samples remain the property of Hoist Studios.
3. Client Materials & Revisions
Clients warrant that any logos, UI captures, or brand assets supplied to Hoist Studios for a commissioned cut are authorized for use. Standard engagements include structured review rounds as specified in your booking confirmation.
